Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. Delivery times vary by product, supplier and destination, and items from the same order may arrive separately.

Tracking is sent to the email provided at checkout when available. Carrier delays, weather, customs and other circumstances outside The Luxe Cart’s control may affect delivery times. Please double-check your shipping address before ordering.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible return requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Contact us before sending a return because return locations may vary by product.

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, email your order number and clear photos. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Certain personal-care, beauty, cosmetic, opened, used, intimate or final-sale items may not be returnable where permitted by law. Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
